Intro to HoopDance
An introductory workshop!
Our Intro to HoopDance workshop is for anyone who's curious about hooping
and is a great way to try it out first before doing the series.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Everyone can hoop!

Class Hoops provided, though you may bring your own if you have one!

LEVEL 1: Beginning HoopDance
6-Week beginner's series
For the biggest jump-start on learning to hoop AND
getting into your body with amazing hoop-fitness,
dive into the 6-week Level 1: Beginning HoopDance series!

Series classes are designed to build slowly on one another,
growing foundational skills and fitness in a fun and safe way.
You will be amazed at the transformation even after just six weeks.

Every class is also designed to be individually tailored with lots of one-on-one instruction,
allowing students to learn comfortably at their own pace, whatever level they're working at.

Even those who have hooped quite a lot before will get a ton out of this series!
