4-5 pm Ladies Bike Basics:
Learn what you need to keep your bike rolling safely; perfect for cycling newbies or those who need a mental tune-up!
-Basic Safety Check
-Fixing flats and using patch kits
-Proper chain care and tips for having a smooth ride
5-6 pm Ladies Mechanical Basics:
For the entry-level mechanic; take home some simple fix-it techniques!
-Cables/Housing: Brakes and Shifters, Insertion & Adjustment
-Pedals: Insertion and adjustments
-Bike fit: Finding the right seat height and bar angles
-Q & A with professional mechanics: What else do you want to know?
