::: AN "OPEN LAB" FOR ALL FLOW ARTFORMS :::
Where the dance of our HUMAN FORMS themselves is the FIRST ARTFORM through which we experience our FLOW,
the rest merely multitudes of exquisite ecstatic variations!
This is a movement PRACTICE not a PERFORMANCE.
In flow we find the imperfect perfection of the present moment.
They call it a "Practice" not an "Already Have Done"
Please, no spectators, only movement experimenters!

::: A TEMPLE for MOVEMENT :::
A vehicle for outer but also inner movement.
Our FlowLAB space is an invitation to dance our truths as well as our not-knowing
in a non-verbal, respectful & consciously aware space.

::: A TWO-HOUR JOURNEY OF EXPLORATION :::
In a waveform vessel of sound vibration we explore together
a collective journey from beginning, to middle to end.
Please arrive at the beginning, and we invite you to ride the wave all the way to the end.

::: HOW DO YOU FLOW? :::
Is it a YogaFLOW, DanceFlow, AerialFLOW, HoopFLOW, ContactFLOW, MassageFLOW, PaitingFLOW, PoetryFLOW?
Or a combination of many of these or even more?
Bring your props, mats, toys, water bottles and clothes to move in and be moved.
